The coastal surface-layer district of Nova City, located in the eastern part of the city, stretching along an arc-shaped coastline, including beaches, coastal amusement parks, port terminals and coastal highways. The Binhai Coastal District serves both as the city’s leisure function and as a hidden base attribute—during the day it is a popular area for citizens’ vacations and outings, while at night it becomes a hotbed for smuggling and underground activities. In Volume 1 Chapter 4 “Meteor Fall,” anomalous meteor groups crashed in the Binhai Coastal District and offshore areas, which is where Dila first appears.
Geography and Environment
The Binhai Coastal District boasts Nova City’s longest public coastline, with beaches stretching for several kilometers. The coastal highway has the sea on one side and buildings of varying heights on the other—from high-end seaside hotels to crude port warehouses. Several small islands and reef groups are distributed in the offshore area, some of which can be reached on foot at low tide.
The underground structure of the Binhai Coastal District is complex, with multiple rift channels existing on the seabed, through which Chaos energy can permeate to the coastal area. This is one of the reasons for the frequent Chaos incidents in this area.

Coastal Amusement Park
A large open-air amusement park located in the central part of the Binhai Coastal District, featuring classic rides such as a Ferris wheel, roller coaster and pirate ship. The amusement park is a popular weekend destination for Nova City families, and it is also where Aileen organizes team-building activities such as beach volleyball. Small rifts have been found in the underground equipment area of the amusement park.
Nova Port
A large comprehensive port located in the northern part of the Binhai Coastal District, including container terminals, bulk cargo terminals and passenger terminals. The port is the gateway for Nova City’s foreign trade, and also a high-incidence area for smuggling and underground transactions. Part of Cat Express’s freight business进出 through this port. Abandoned warehouses in the port area are common bases for underground factions.
Binhai Boulevard
A scenic boulevard built along the coastline, with the sea on one side and restaurants, bars and shops on the other. At night, Binhai Boulevard is brilliantly lit and is a famous night-view destination in Nova City. But during Chaos incidents, the open terrain of Binhai Boulevard is instead不利于 taking cover.
Offshore Meteor Crater
A giant meteor crater formed after the meteor fall in Volume 1 Chapter 4, located in the offshore area of the Binhai Coastal District. Space around the crater is distorted and matter annihilated, carrying “Meteor Power” more狂暴 than ordinary Chaos energy. Dila first appeared near this area and had a head-on confrontation with the Captain.
Chaos Situation
The Chaos concentration in the Binhai Coastal District is medium-high, with rifts mostly appearing underground in the port and on the offshore seabed. Due to the open seaside terrain, Chaos Manifestations can often spread quickly after appearing, making response difficult. After the meteor fall, the Chaos concentration in the offshore area rose sharply, and large Chaos Manifestations异化 by meteor energy appeared.
